How to see the light at the end of the tunnel
At some point, everyone faces a dark moment in their life.
Here's my point on about how to fight it and go forward:
- Set a goal: set a goal that will be reached in years, and work on it.
- Go out with your friends: you have to distract from bad thoughts.
- Do a sport: soccer, basketball, gym or whathever you want.
- Find an artistic hobby: playing an instrument, drawing, dancing or more...
- Listen to music: it will relax you.
- Stop overthinking: it will slowly make you weak, don't let it happen.
